Nifty recovered from oversold levels yesterday after a panic fall and now trading near 8470 level which is important in terms of direction. Above 8470 Nifty may go up to 8615 an immediate resistance but before it does it should consolidate or correct from current levels.

As expected Nifty had a huge fall of more than 300 points as 8825 was a strong resistance upside. Now nifty is oversold because of yesterday's crash and now showing some bounce back. If nifty breaks out of 8470 and sustains above it then only change in trend is confirmed failing which we might see further downside.
