Nifty may face resistance at the horizontal trend line as shown in the chart. Nifty broke rising trading channel (refer to previous post) on friday and managed to close above trading channel which indicates nifty will make newer highs in coming sessions or in months.

Nifty formed a base as shown in the figure. It also formed took support on lower trend line of trading channel. All these indicators indicate bullishness in short term. But traders should wait for today's Ben Barnake's (US fed chairman) announcement for QE 3 which will have significant impact on nifty movement in near future.
