Nifty closed this series (December 2015 derivative series) in a positive note and closed little above dotted BLUE line which indicates further upside from here. As mentioned previous posts, trend is UP with higher highs and higher lows as seen in the chart.

Nifty is still facing resistance near dotted BLUE line and if this continues then it may fall down further too though there is no change in trend yet and the trend is up.

Nifty is weak at higher level.  Nifty still has some uptrend above BLUE line and trend may change if BLUE line is breached and Nifty sustain there.

Nifty is in sideways trend now and if it breaks out of YELLOW line may confirm the uptrend.

Nifty opened gap down today but later fiilled the gap and now trading in green territory as seen in the chart. In the upside Nifty has some hurdle near YELLOW line breaking which there may be a trend reversal. WHITE line (near 7610) is an important level to watch downside as Nifty was holding it for last three trading sessions.

I anticipated that Nifty might go up further above YELLOW line but it did not sustain above it and then fell down sharply. Also, Nifty broke yesterday's low all these signs indicate strong bearish sentiments as it made a new low as seen in the chart but at the same time an oversold.

Nifty is now near oversold levels and trying to bounce back. Nifty may reverse its trend from down to up if it beaks out of YELLOW line (near 7669) which is a resistance upside.

Nifty opened gap down today after closing below YELLOW line yesterday.  Nifty is in down trend now but if it breaks out of YELLOW line then direction of the trend may reverse.

Nifty is falling down below blue dotted line as explained in previous post. Nifty has support at YELLOW line which if broken down trend will be resumed.
